Inspirado en el viejo juego de los palitos chinos, mikado es un objeto sencillo, pensado para cumplir dos funciones simultáneamente. Permite colocar tanto prendas como libros, en distintas posiciones generando un “juego” con el usuario. La combinación de materiales busca acentuar las diferentes zonas funcionales del objeto.

 

Inspired by the European pick-up sticks game, Mikado is a simple object, thought to accomplish two main functions at the same
time. It allows the user to place clothing or books in different positions, generating a “game” with the user. Its combination of materials tries to emphasize the different functional areas of the object.
